Review: Really shocked and dissapointed to say the least Shien !!.I waited very long on this order stuck at customs very long time and jacket was part of daughters christmas . However when it arrived jacket was missing and not in parcel ,but in the pack where jacket should have been in with the code ,was a huge black pleated sleeveless 4 Xl dress which i never ordered ,and was put in place of jacket !!!! Contacted customer services with evidence ect whos response was sorry we cannot help ?? Cant help with my missing jacket from bag and a cheap dress put in place ?? So its not your fault ?and i lose out on money and part of a gift .Using shien for years now ,but this is very off putting and frustrating and very un fair to say least to respond on repeat message cannot help .?? Poor show .Notifying bank

Review: NO ES UNA CAZADORA, ES UN ABRIGO !! Ha superado mis expectativas, muy buena calidad, el abrigo pesa y es muy caliente (válido para invierno). Está muy bien cosido y bordado, completamente forrado, os lo muestro en la última foto. Mido 1.64 y peso 52 kg, talla XS perfecta, elegir VUESTRA TALLA porque el patrón ya es oversize, abajo tenéis mis medidas. Agradezco tu like si te ha servido de ayuda!♥️
